OUR PRODUCING PROCESS:
1. Tooling (Mold) design and Manufacture.
2. Manufacture the parts according to the Stamping Machine.
3. Riveting, Welding, or Screw tap according to Customer's requirements.
4. After finish the manufacturing process we will test the parts by the Image measurement instrument, Caliper, Angel
Gage etc.
5. After make sure all the dimensions can reach the customer's requirements, we will make the surface treatment process.
6. After finish surface treatment we will testing all the parts by the worker so that we can make sure the parts which we sell is 100% qualified.
7. After finish testing we will pack the parts by Vacuum Package Machine.

Q1: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory which has been producing metal parts for more than 16 years.
Q2: What are your main products?
A: We specialize in manufacturing metal stamping die, metal stamping parts.sheet metal parts, CNC machining parts, and welding structural parts, etc.
Q3: What is surface treatment do you have?
A: Dacromet, powder coating, zinc plated, nickel-plated, tin-plated, brass plated, silver plated, gold plated, anodizing, salt fog test, etc.
Q4: Can I get the samples?
A: Yes, sample order is available for quality check and market test, and it will be freight collect payment. If a simple sample, we will not charge cost; If OEM/ODM samples, we will charge for the sample cost.
Q5: What is the MOQ?
A: We do not have MOQ.
Q6:What's the delivery time?
A: Normally it's 2-3 weeks.
Q7: What's your payment term?
A: we advise 50% T/T deposit, balance be paid before shipment.
